由于随机性的和系统性的影响，在GB/T 19889各有关部分所述声学测量方法中存在不确定度，本部分规定了评价这种不确定度的方法。 本部分对下列方面提出了导则： —重复率r和再现率R的确定； —为同一实验室的不同测量安排和不同实验室间比对试验而检验其重复率r和再现率R; —重复率r和再现率R;在实际工作中的应用。 GB/T 19889第3部分、第4部分、第6部分、第7部分以及ISO 140-8测试方法的重复率和再现率，暂时由附录A给出。
